Our Purpose
The Center for Co-Evolutionary Development™ (CCED) was established to accelerate the sharing and creation of new knowledge and applications to realize adaptive organizations and significantly enhanced performance.
CCED provides knowledge, methods, and tools to senior leaders and managers facing unpredictable change who:
- recognize adaptability as an imperative
- are willing to invest in assessing alternatives and their implications
- are ready to lead transformation to an adaptive organization
Our Network
The CCED is an active network of people who represent modular and re-configurable capabilities designed to accelerate understanding and development of Adaptive Enterprise methods and applications. Our expert network membership comprises distinguished professionals across many different educational disciplines, experiences, and sectors. These members are united by a common intellectual framework dedicated to advancing Adaptive Enterprise applications and techniques for achieving long term viability and growth through improved organizational adaptiveness.
Our Methods and Means
Our co-evolutionary development approach and the modular nature of our capabilities enable the rapid assessment of client needs, and the creation of targeted, small teams. These teams build client organizational capacity effectively, while balancing everyday operational performance against potentially disruptive changes. The co-evolutionary process and its techniques yield rapid development and application of transformational capabilities.
Our co-evolution process originated as a means of catalyzing disruptive innovation during development of operational capabilities for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD).
Our world-class network leverages multiple venues to enhance thought leadership and develop expertise. The CCED also leverages technology to expand the scope of its value proposition and engagement with other experts, clients, and the connected population at large.
